Refund policy

Jewel Notary provides professional document preparation, notary, and administrative support services. Because services may involve time, preparation, research, document review, scheduling, filing coordination, or other work performed specifically for the client, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If a client cancels before work has started, Jewel Notary may issue a full or partial refund at its discretion, less any non-refundable third-party fees, processing fees, filing fees, postage, courier costs, records fees, or other expenses already incurred on the client’s behalf.

Once documents have been prepared, appointments have been completed, filings have been submitted, records have been ordered, or other substantial work has been performed, fees are considered earned and are not refundable.

Deposits and partial payments may be non-refundable if work has begun or time has been reserved for the client.

Jewel Notary does not guarantee the approval, acceptance, processing time, legal outcome, credit result, government decision, or success of any filing, application, request, or service. A refund will not be issued solely because a client does not receive the result they hoped for.

Any refund approved by Jewel Notary will be returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

For questions regarding a payment, cancellation, or refund request, please contact Jewel Notary before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review the matter.
